Shipping:
We ship by USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day) which is based on amount of order and calculated at the time of order. The shipping/handling cost for an average order is $8.25.
Keep in mind all the items that are shipped, are inspected to make sure that there are no damages to the item.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping is always quick and convenient. The cost for most orders is at $8.00, with an average ship time of 2-3 days once we have processed your order.
We strive to bring you the best service and help possible on your visit to our store, any questions regarding your shopping experience or comments please leave us a message and we will be sure and get back to you as soon as possible.
Our return policy is 14 days from the date the item is received, please contact us via email letting us know that the item you received you will be returning. It needs to be in the same condition as you received it. Any worn, soiled, altered, or damaged items, returned on damaged packaging will not be accepted, and will be shipped back to you. Again any package received after the 14 days have passed, all we can do is issue a store credit, or if the item is not received in its original condition, we will only provide store credit without exception.
Under no circumstances will we accept refused (Includes "undeliverable" and "return to sender" ) packages for return. Refused orders will be restocked and you will be issued store credit for the cost of the item only. Any ship charges are non-refundable. Orders must be mailed to us as stated above, in order for your return to be processed. Please allow 10-15 days after we receive your return for your credit/exchange/refund to be processed. When returning an item, please be sure to send it to us using delivery confirmation. We cannot and will not be responsible for any returned packages lost by the post office. If you add the delivery confirmation to your return, your package will be trackable, and it will serve as evidence of mailing.

Please keep in mind ALL returns have to be emailed to us, so that we are aware of any and all issues and can take care of it for you ASAP, which also means that we can make arrangements to exchange or return the item in our store location if requested. NO exceptions we can only arrange any special return or exchange request via email.

In 1957 Simon Zamora started his career as a Tailor, following in the footsteps of his father who was also a known tailor in Lima Peru. Since then, this has been his career. When he moved to the U.S.A. he was able to open a shop here such as he had in Peru and in 1997 Simon's Tailor Shop was opened for business. It has been ten years and now the shop is ready to take a different, new and exiting step to a different branch of service, retail clothes.
